To show our appreciation for our valued customers and to help in the conservation effort, we are introducing our new reusable tote bag!  Bring your Mouse Menagerie tote bag in on any Tuesday and you'll get 10% off anything* you can put in it!  Tote bags can be purchased for $2.50 or are free with a $100 purchase.

*Exclusions:  Some of the company lines we carry do not allow us to discount their product so some exclusions do apply.  Exclusions include, but are not be limited to, Vera Bradley, SilveRado, and Kameleon as well as Gift Certificate purchases.  This program is subject to changes, exclusions, and discontinuance at any time.

Our Return/Exchange Policy is as follows:

1.  All returns/exchanges must be accompanied with the original store sales receipt.  Unfortunately, we cannot use credit card or bank statement information for this purpose.

2.  Returns can be made up to 7 days from the date of purchase for cash refund or credit back to the credit card used at the time of the purchase, whichever applies. 

3. Between 7 and 30 days from the date of purchase, we offer the option of either exchanging the item or receiving store credit for a future purchase.   After 30 days, items are not exchangeable nor can they be returned for store credit.

4.  All items to be returned/exchanged must be in original packaging, in unused, undamaged, resalable condition.  Used or broken items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

5.  Seasonal, sale and clearance items are final sale only and can not be returned or exchanged.

6.  Defective items will be handled on a case by case basis depending on the manufacturers warranty policy.  Please contact one of our associates for details.

Our store credits and gift certificates dated after January 1, 2007 do not expire nor do they lose their value. 

However, due to change in ownership, any gift certificates or store credits dated prior to January 1, 2007 are no longer valid.

We do offer a 10% discount to Active Duty and Retired Military Personnel and Active Duty Police and Fire Personnel.  Valid ID is required.  Just let our sales staff know when you're checking out.  Unfortunately, we are unable to apply that discount to SilveRado, Kameleon, and gift certificate purchases but it does apply to anything else in the store.

We hope it never occurs but in the event you or a child in your charge damage a product we ask that you pay 50% of the retail price to help cover the cost.

Christmas returns (holiday gifts without receipts or outside of the date parameters) must be made by January 10th, 2011 and are for exchange/store credit only. 

Our regular return policy would still apply for anything purchased within those parameters.
