I-89 on Route 12A in the North Country Plaza (Panera Bread).   

From the South/East (Boston): Take I-93 North into New Hampshire.  Take I-89 North towards Lake Sunapee and West Lebanon.  Take Exit 20 - turn left onto 12A.  North Country Plaza will be on the left hand side.

From the South (Hartford CT/ Springfield MA):  Take I-91 North into Vermont.  Take Exit 10, I-89 South, to Exit 20.  At the exit turn right onto 12A.  North Country Plaza will be on the left.hand side. 

From the North (Burlington/Montpelier VT):  Take I-89 South to Exit 20 in New Hampshire.  At the exit turn right onto 12A.  North Country Plaza will be on the left.hand side. 

From the North (St Johnsbury VT):  Take I-91 South to Exit 10, I-89 South.  Cross into New Hampshire and take Exit 20 into West Lebanon.  At the exit turn right onto 12A.  North Country Plaza will be on the left.hand side.
